We offer a plasma profile cutting service using the latest technology incorporated in the Hypertherm HPR 130XD plasma cutter.

Our aim is to make this technology easily accessable at an affordable price and with the convenience we all expect.

From our own experience we understand that it can be difficult to make plans with the uncertainty of knowing what profile cutting might cost

This service is designed to alleviate this problem and make it easier to plan ahead.

Of course you can contact us personally for questions about your plasma cutting requirements.

This cutter is fitted to an Advanced Robotic Technology (ART) table and operated by a computer that has the latest advancements in technology incorporated in it. The designs, shapes and concepts that can be profile cut is only limited by your imagination... and budget!

This machine is capable of cutting 39mm mild steel, 25mm stainless steel as well as 25mm aluminium to an accuracy of 0.1mm or 4/1000th inch on the old scale!!

We include tables here that enable you to work out how much a particular plasma profile cutting job is likely to cost.

A fixed quote is available or you can use the actual cutting length as calculated whilst the job is being completed.

The time from order confirmation to job completion is normally no more than 3 business days.

We also supply steel only if required.

Additionally, you can supply your own steel and we'll profile cut it for you.
